Nope it is saying stay away from low fat things and low calories because it those is a lot of man made fats that you should stay away from. Thats exactly like me this week I have lost weight but next week (after the weekend I just had) I will either be the same or put on! It always seems to be a little delayed for me so maybe thats what it is for you. Dont feel dispondent, it will be fine. xx

Probably the best thing is something protein filled like eggs and some type of fish with it. But I love my porridge and banana! :-)

EXCELLENT EXCELENT EXCELLENT! I know exactly what you mean when people just seem to run on tv and films without even thinking about it. I think the word is EFFORTLESS! Great for getting to the end of C25K (I never finished it) You will soon be an effortless runner no doubt! :-) x

My feet and body didnt seem to want to do what everyone else was... lol bit embarrassing but it was sooo much fun and i find if I am having fun then I am more likely to keep doing it! x
