NSV!!! New face of my boot camp class!

Hi all just wanna share this little NSV, so excited about it.

I joined a boot camp on feb the 15th, we work out 3 times a week for four weeks and then have a week off.

This morning I did the last session of the second round I have done.

I then got a text from my trainer this morning and said .. and I quote.... 'Liz I think you have probably made the most body change in anyone whose done boot camp' and has asked if he can use my before and after shots on their website!!!

So yes I am now the face of my boot camp!! Hee hee!!! x
