I kind of failed yesterday due to an injury... I seriously considered going ahead with the challenge, but I'm losing weight to fix my bum knee, not to break it altogether! Looking forward to some light walking tonight though!

Thanks for the reminder!!! What I do to avoid crashing my diet is try to pack myself some healthy snacks -- baby carrots, some celery, calorie-controlled packs, etc. That way, I can safely graze before the barbeque, which cuts down on the red meat, chips, etc.

Sounds fun! I'm getting sick of my routine already! Like you, my roommate has lost tons of weight -- just by biking every day. And he eats absolutely CRAP all day. I'm jealous! Also, I have this terrible pain in my right knee, which makes it hard to do some exercises... I'm definitely on board!
