    LOVE the mini-challenge. Thank you! I soooo need to up my h2o intake! I'm also doing the push up & sit up challenge so 30 mins exercise will be ok:D

    well i completely didn't see this post as i've had a hectic day - but was at work and on my feet for 5 hours today! so that counts as my exercise i think (;
    didn't quite reach 8 glasses today though, so a bit of a fail ):
    wish i got email notifications of posts on here!! then maybe i wouldn't have missed it ):

    PS: is there going to be a mini challenge every day or just periodically?
