Great! Today is my C25K day. Team Indigo we got this.
Yeah team indigo!! I'm loving that my partner can exercise hard - sorry team mate... I'm still at least another 3 weeks till I can go hard at any exercise that involves the lower extremeties (knee surgery recovery) - I'll work extra hard at the upper body though - I'll look like Humpty Dumpty but I'll do it;)
Haven't done so well on the water - better get drinking! Will be up to the washroom all night at this pace though;)0 -

water: 12 cups - it was SO hot out today I was constantly dying for water
exercise: 80 min- I walked instead of drove to do my errands today so that was about two miles and I did NMTZ0 -

If you're one of these people and you had something come up, please LET us know. We are not psychic (as much fun as I think that would be) and we cannot read your minds, especially if something is wrong. A quick message to either Andrea or myself would be extremely helpful.
