Finished L3 D3 tonight, and I'm not going to lie to you all......it was rough this go around. I drug myself through it though!

From what i've read it's similar to the 30 day shred. There's 4 levels, each 20 min with the same 3-2-1 interval training. I can keep you posted once I try it out!!

Completed Level3 D1 today. I found that although the moves are hard, I enjoy them more than L2 BUT I'm a weirdo who doesn't mind the jumping jacks and jump rope!! Also, I bought 5pd weights tonight.....I'm nervous to move up from my 3's!!!!

Just finished L2 yesterday, and I am SO glad. Not sure what L3 holds, but hopefully not as many plank moves. I haven't been doing as many rest days as the group, so I'm getting through it a bit more quickly.

Hey shredders! Today I did L2 Day 6...so I'm over halfway through!! YAY! I just wanted to share how much I dislike level 2, finally today I was able to get through all the plank moves without stopping...the burn in my shoulders is CRAZY! But I must also add that I'm loving the results I'm seeing, therefore it's all worth…

I'm doing it right now, today will be Day 4 on Level 2 for me, and it has helped me A LOT! You don't lose a ton of weight, but what you do lose is inches! Also, you don't have to go through it 30 days straight....rest days are actually a GOOD thing! I hope you decide to try it out :)

I'm not sure if it's the exact same dvd, I googled it and they appear similar but I've done one of the biggest loser dvds that had Bob, Jillian, and then one other girl. It was done in levels Bob being #1. From what I remember is that Bob does A LOT of lunges, makes for very sore legs and Jillian does A LOT of jumping…
