Thanks :). I have been time and time again for thyroid issues and they all say that I'm fine because my tests look 'normal'. I've never been tested for insulin resistance though and that is my next step. I would love to try metoformin if that's why I'm having such trouble.

I say do what works for you. My cals remaining is over 900 and I will eat more because I think that is too much of a deficit...I worked out this morning and may even do more tonight.

I do I do...I want to be down 10 by october. Weight is sooo hard to lose for me, especially after babies. I'm in!! I'm doing Insanity and am on week 6 of the C25K program :).

You need to eat more, period. You won't lose anything eating just 1000 calories a day and doing so much working out. I would slowly add 100 cals a week until you reach your TDEE or at least get them up to 1500 if anything. It's not so much eating as it is drinking. I like to let loose on weekends and have drinks...THATS really hurting me. If I want this though, I gotta just STOP.

Find an activity that you love and that will help. Some people find out that the love things they never thought they would. I personally love lifting weights...I don't do it because I look massive but I love it and do it when I get the itch. I love running as well :). I've heard that Zumba is really fun...look into that.

I'm new to running as well and agree that it gets addicting. Just watch it though and try to refrain from over doing it. I did it on week 6 and had to stop for two weeks..now I'm struggling with it again. Take it slow and steady.

Do you eat a decent breakfast. I find that if I eat breakfast...a good one with a lot of protein, I don't eat as much at night. If you eat plenty during the day and not let yourself get too hungry, it won't happen.

Not all calories are equal and that will most likely back fire on you. Not that you shouldn't indulge in your favorites but if you eat healthy food, the weight will come off better and faster more than likely. I find that giving up processed food is the best way.:smile: :smile:
