For my bday this year, my mother and kids bought me a Pro-Form Tx-200 heart rate monitor watch. it is awesome. It tracks you calories, heart rate, pedometer, stop watch, and a few other things. I average about 10,000 steps a day sometimes more.

Hi. I'll be 44 in Feb. I have 2 girls. I have been on this up and down yo-yo weight journey most of my life. My goals will be small to start with. 1.2 lb a week, Try to remember to exercise everyday, healthy eating, and showing my kids it can be done.
-
My goal weight is a healthy 110. I am 5'1". I will be 44 in February. I want to be able to run, jump ad play with my kids. I want to see them graduate college, have children and be a great grandmother. I am scared to find out what my BMI range is.

How about granola bars, light popcorn, fruit and lots of water. I use work this same shift before kids. In the produce isle, their are packs of apple slices, cups of fruit and maybe yogurt.
-
You can do it. Anything is possible. Log your food and take your time. Good luck
-
I would try a small cup of dry cereal or a piece of fruit on the drive home. Always log your food too, it helps. Depending on what time you get off work, have a buddy to call when those things hit.
