I have trouble losing on nights too. I work the same schedule as you 3 nights 12 hour shifts. I just try to eat healthy during my shift (which can be hard when your co workers are having potlucks and ordering pizza). If it's a weigh in day I go home and sleep then weigh myself first thing when I wake up. It's hard for me…

After I donate blood I usually have a glass of apple juice and a package of cookies. I figure having this one crappy snack once every 8 weeks isn't going to hurt me. It's not like I'm snacking on cookies everyday. I don't trip on it, ever. And I never ever work out on donation days.

Because what I do or don't eat is my business. I don't have to be accountable for anyone but myself. If I'm eating like crap and not losing weight it's only affecting me. My diary is my own, nobody should feel entitled to its contents.

When I don't feel like driving to the gym sometimes I'll break out a piece of paper and make up my own circuit workout that I can do with just body weight. 30 jumping jacks 12 push ups 12 tri dips <<alternate between the two for 2 min 20 jumping jacks 15 squats 15 lunges <<alternate for 2 min etc... It gets the job done…

I don't work, but I'm a full time student and as you can imagine, campus food isn't necessarily the healthiest. I like to pack a turkey sandwich with lettuce and mustard and some fruit (grapes, strawberries, watermelon, etc.)
