Alright, no loss this week which makes me sad. Apparently I need to change something up. I guess July isn't officially over until Sunday, so if I lose anything by that time I'll post it. Otherwise, a total loss of 3.7 lbs this month! Better than nothing, so I press onwards. Good luck everyone! I'll be looking for the August challenge to keep me going...0 -

Well, I am no where near my goal or even my start weight. While I am disappointed, I have been consistent with INSANITY and I have been trying to break my bad eating habits so I cannot be upset about it. I need to just stay consistent and continue on until i break through this plateau. Good luck everyone!0 -

Here is my final weigh in for this challenge:
Starting off on July 1st: 252 lbs
7/08: 250 lbs!
7/15: 248.5 lbs
7/22: 248 lbs (Oh! For some reason I thought I was still at the same as last week! That was a pleasant surprise!)
7/29: 246.5 (YAY! Pushed beyond the 5 lb goal!)
7/31: I will be out of town this weekend, so 7/29 will be my final weigh in.
Thank you for having me in this challenge! It definitely kept me on track all month!0 -

Honestly I'm not doing anything special, I just do my best. I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week. I eat OK, but I still have my treats and crap food days. This week I had a big loss but I think it's because I'm on antibiotics and it pretty much cleaned me out. On that note, good luck and keep up the great work :-)0 -

Tried on my wedding dress and it was too big!!
Am at a weight that my husband has never seen me at.
Wore a strapless dress and actually felt sexy and not so self conscious about my fat arms, because they're shrinking :-)

I've lost 11.3 lbs so far! Even though I'm terribly sick, this is definitely the best thing to come out of being so ill! Hopefully when I start feeling better I won't gain all of the weight back!
I've finished my five pound goal for both July and August! Now I'm 1.3lbs ahead for September! Let's hope I keep losing weight!0 -

I decided to wait an extra day to weigh in due to an 11mile bike ride Thursday! What the heck was I thinking?! LOL! I was exhausted too, I got home from work yesterday at 8a and by 9:30a, I was dozing off. And I continued to do so until 1:30p! But I feel well rested today, so that's a plus! Was suppose to have my brother in laws engagement party today, but they decided to move it 2 weeks from today due to rain chances. So I get to play dress up in a few weeks Yay!! Also, my 26th birthday is this coming Thursday, no real plans except going to lunch with my parents and dinner with my hubby, however, next Saturday, we're having a bbq with a keg (not for me as I don't like beer, go figure, my party and they get a keg...) and playing in the pool all day/night. Can't wait!!!

Hi all I haven't lost since mid month so my low is 2.2 pounds loss for the month. If I don't lose more soon then I guess I am still in my platea despite my net loss of a half a pound.

Hope others did better than I did. I have been exercising 6-7 days a week and each week I increase the minutes I run since I am doing C25K. I am staying under my calorie goal, eating most of my exercise calories and eating healthier and healthier each week. I have my goal set to 1.5 pounds weight loss a week. This week has been a bit hard since there has been a family crisis. Congratulations on all those who met their goal on this challenge. If I lose anything tomorrow I will let you know.

So, I didn't realize today was the 30th and there's only one day left, so, my final weigh in for the month was today and I lost a total of 5.1999999999999(lol).
Great job to those who lost a little or a lot and same to those who maintained or even may have gained a little. This journey is a process and it's gonna have it's ups and downs. See ya all next month!!!0 -
Hello everyone, I am checking in today to keep myself accountable and try and work up some motivation. I know that I am due for a workout today and I am having a really hard time inspiring myself to do it. And although my eating has been on point so far today, i am craving chocolate and cookies. Trying to push past it and keep in mind our final weigh in tomorrow! Usually I do terribly on the weekends, so hard to break the habit.0

Well I did not see a loss this month but I had a tough time early on and I seemed to be fighting that weight increase all month! Its not over for me! I'm on track this weekend (which is usually the hardest part of the week for me) and I am setting my August goals.

We took the kids to the grandparents on Friday. They are gone the whole week...so we went out for dinner 2x already. I was up 2 pounds this morning. Hopefully it was the salt in last nights dinner. So no loss this month in fact in was a 2 pound gain this month:mad:
Hopefully next month will be great...no injuries and lots of healthy eating and excercise.
