the menu above is not just fruits veggies and chicken and honestly sounds tastier than pizza rolls (yuck). Working in retail isn't really working out.

Um im 40 and can lose weight, am I at "that age"??? And a 2 lb loss if you only have 10 to lose isn't bad. Try to log accurately
-
Maybe try working out in early morning instead?
-
i wonder too, how do you gain muscle eating at a deficit?
-
What is a pre op diet?
-
Keep going 15 lb is great but not very noticeable to others. I lost almost 20 and no one noticed 144 lb to 125 lb. however I was happy. Honestly over 200 lb you may not have others notice for another 15-20 lb then I bet many will start. Also remember many people don't feel comfortable mentioning weight. It's basically…

so I do think you need to reassess things. Losing 0.5 lb a day is not a healthy rate and you will have better success keeping the weight off if you take it off slowly. Do you realize you are losing muscle at a rapid rate by doing this??? I'm not sure you will be happy with the result and you are creating unhealthy habits.…

Are you tracking carefully? Logging everything? You should be losing if you are in a deficit.
-
I would buy a couple cheap ones
-
New runners generally have some discomfort, so it's not unusual.
-
i wouldn't do cheat meals personally.
-
why would losing weight cause that??
-
at 5'3" I would shoot for 135-140 lb
-
who cares what they think? Just ignore
-
what is that in lb???
-
how did you get 0.2 of a nugget? Cut it into 5 equal pieces and eat one? Just curious! Yes I agree to try to log as accurately as possible. Give it a couple more weeks. If you still aren't losing, you are eating too much.
-
How much have you lost and how fast??? I guess if it's worth it to you ?? I personally know I can't work out 3-4 hrs a day and maintain that. I work part time and have 2 busy kids. I spend time doing other things. You can come up with a good quality workout in 1 hour. And if I was going to work out for 3 hrs I would not do…
-
if you believe in moderation I would take that into your workouts as well. There is no need to do cardio for 3.5 hrs per day. What is your goal???? You must have other things in your life? Job? Family? Hobby?
-
so you just diagnose yourself there????
-
im a nurse and if you have comparment syndrome it's very serious. Why do you think you have this?
-
How long do you workout?
-
I would go for a long walk
-
It's part of your regular activity. You don't count extra. You gained weight doing this job right?? I'm a nurse in an urgent care. It's busy yes but not to the point of exercise such as running.
-
I would not give up the running because you will lose a lot of the endurance you have gained. You could alternate days or do both whatever feels and works better. I personally don't think both in one day is too much.
-
dont buy the junk food
-
Try a shoe like altras with a wide toe box. Why are you doing 2 5ks in one day?
-
I wouldn't drink it then. It's not going to affect your weight loss. Just eat at a caloric deficit.
-
I'm guessing you might be able to walk a 10k now. Start walking a couple miles and add on miles as you go.
-
If you are eating 1600 don't eat the exercise cals, and those sound high for that short of a workout. I can burn that many in an hour, not 30 min.
-
You don't need to exercise that long or that much, but you can. You may see faster results if you focus on your diet rather than your exercise. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
