Keep up the great work! I would say add more water and fiber from fruits and vegs. The best fiber is from spinach and berries. Second best fiber is broccoli and apples. In my opinion***

My instructors change it up. Sometimes its mostly sprints, then another time hills and those are my favorite. Im not as big of a fan of tempo rides, but do them because I like my instructors.

I actually love working out, I always have. Or rather, I love the feeling I get from working out. because sometimes at the beginning middle or end of a grueling workout it actually sucks. My mental clarity is so much better when I work out so I can be a better wife, mother, friend, sister, daughter, aunt.... I feel like it…

I have a Polar FT4 and( as a woman with a decent sized chest) do not like it. I have sores from where it rubs on my chest and hurts. I need a new one. Other than that, I have had some issues with accurate HR count.
