You feel like you won't find anyone else because he has made you feel that way. You don't deserve that type of abuse and should kick him to the curb for mistreating you that way.

Thank for the suggestions :) I am wondering if the green tea would taste good cold, cause I am not a fan of hot drinks. Sorry, I failed to say iced coffee in my main topic! All the hard boiled egg talk is making me want some!! hehehe.

Of course you can join in too!!! All the support for eachother is better than none! Plus like I said, it is going to be hard for me cause unfortunately I am not a fan of meat and am horrible at snacking :( Looks like a lot of beans are in order for me at dinner time!! lol.

Good for you! My husband has a horrible soda addiction and I always feel bad keeping it from him. I would love to join a group like that, my downfalls are Oreo cookies and Chocolate :ohwell:

Yeah it's pretty cool, I have most of them and use the family cookbook most, though I haven't tried anything in the desert cookbook yet! :smile: They list all the calories, protein, carbs, fat, choloesterol, fiber and sodium at the end of each recipe too.

I don't think you should do that. I think you should be proud of where you are! After the first week or two, those people will be right where you are and since you already know what you are doing, you may just kick their butts! :heart:

I measure my food all the time. I use both measuring cups and a scale. I don't have a lot of money right now so until I can afford what I want, I found a food scale for $5.00 at Target.
