Getting back on track

I'm not new to the website, but I'm new to the forums. I need some motivation! I have a long weight loss journey ahead of me, but I am motivated! I'm a stay at home Mom to my 2 beautiful daughters and I want to be a healthy example to them. I am re evaluating our eating habits and making much healthier choices for me and for them. I hope to see a big improvement in our lives!

Now to get my butt back to the gym! It's been about 3 weeks, but I'm ready to feel the burn and feel great about myself after a long workout!
