Really out of all that all you pick out is stfu. I am also just sharing my opinion and said that since the OP said she understood and didnt need to be told to eat more.
-
Exactly. I did Insanity, ran and took care of 2 toddlers all day on 1200 calories just fine. Took a protein shake after work outs, had lots of lean meats and veggies. I never went hungry and had treats for time to time while staying in my calorie allowance. Everyone is different and my personal experience doesn't mean this…

I ate 1200 calories a day for 6 months to go from 186 to 135 (much like your goal). I've been on MFP 380 days today. I dont eat 1200 everyday anymore because I am doing some serious training but I haven't put any weight back on or had a "serious yoyo effect". Everyone is different though and you need to listen to your body.

My motherhood journey
-
I had my first baby at 28 and second at 30 I love motherhood at this age. My husband is 8 years older than me. I feel l've had the time to do all the stupid things I wanted to do in my twenties and I am able to focus myself completely on the kids.

That's what I'm wearing in my profile pic. Was easy to make and its comfortable. I used one of my old Army PT shirts.
-
You can do it a lower fitness levels too. Just do the whole DvD and push to do as many of each exercise as you. If you do only 1 or 2 that's ok, take a break. Next time you'll do more.
-
It does bother me that they are a multi-level marketing program. I find it deters largely from the few quality products they have. I love Insanity but every time I bring it up i get 23432423 "coaches" wanting to help me lol. I find they are losing credibility at this point.
-
Thanks it's not my fav either. I'm still working on it. I had a csection and a VBAC. Insanity is the best though!!!
-
Here is how I did on Insanity. I'm 5'4 and started my journey at 186. My whole journey :)
-
Get it done. I've failed everytime, it's not worth doing it yourself.
-
Yep I didnt do anything till a run on Thursday. Back to training!
-
I couldnt find a flat trail here if I tried lol. Hope you find something!
-
Well I'm registered!!!! I'm racing September 8th at 3:30.

When I went to AIT most of the girls had no idea what Fraggle Rock was.
-
Yeah but I think it's the closest Super this year. I have family near there so wouldnt be too bad a trip.
-
150$, ouf. I think i'd rather try and make it to New Jersey for the Super Spartan and get the trifecta.
-
This was my original plan till I decided to do the Spartan races. It's also close to an 18.12mile race i'm doing so i dont know yet.
-
Ohh can you link? In Toronto?
-
lol i was hard to miss. I was the one with the pink hair and ARMY shirt. I had a camel back too but it was too small :(
-
It's a term made up for those that were way too happy for losing weight and feeling good about themselves. We all need labels that make us feel like we aren't quite perfect.
-
It was so intense!!! My legs are still in so much pain. I really dont know how I got up the mountain the last time. Bar none the hardest thing i've ever done and i've been through Army Basic training. I'd do it again though.
-
Pictures are up but what a rip off. Sucks there are a few wi would like but 5$ a pop is the cheapest.
-
Thanks everyone! I'll be looking at gentile leaders and treats to put in my fuel belt. I'll try walking first too.
-
It was rough. The last hill killed me, my hips didnt want to keep climbing. I didn't take any breaks till then. That and the fact that the 3rd water station had no water didnt help. I started in the 12:30 heat and finished at 6ish.
