Personally I set up my large goal and set a date then I divided it up. My ultimate goal weight is 130 by 5/16/2012 ( MY Birthday) But ihave a goal to loase 20lbs by 10/31, another 10lbs by 12/31/2011, and so on. I think is works better because If I tell myself ok I have 70 lbs to lose by 5/16 then I will put it off…

Yea...You are not alone.... I'm with other people... when I know I've had a good day I'm so excited to get up and see what the scale has to say.. half the time its what gets me out of bed and then if I've lost it motivate me to go to the gym to see what more I can do and if for some off reason I've gained it motivates me…

If you have been eating a lot of protein or if you have been doing weights that could be contributing to it. It could also be water weight. Hope it all works out!!!

Hey Hannah! I know it can be dificult I have a little girl (4) and it is difficult with just her. Everyone has great ideas but one thing I like to do to work my leg muscles is "the airplane" and my little girl gets the biggest kick out of it.
