I enjoy reading recipes, collecting recipes, and thinking about creating each dish... but,, I very seldom follow through and end up grilling several pounds of chicken and eating that for every meal!

I only eat from 4pm - 7pm and during that time it seems like a 'binge", then I log it, and I'll be below 1500 calories, so then I eat some more!

I have been using IF since about February of this year. I guess I am technically on an 18:6. From 7pm through 4pm I only have a protein shake for lunch, then "feed" from 4pm - 7pm. Set some small, attainable goals, to get yourself back in the swing of things. You can't get to the weight/fitness level you want in one day, so you can't screw things up in one day.
