Introduction of me!

Hi, I'm Kerrie! I joined today! I'm hoping for plenty of support and encouragement. I would like to lose 50lbs, but i would also love a major life change. I need to rid myself bad habits, learn to love myself, i need so much dicipline.. i need so much change, it's too much write.

    Welcome. You’re in the right place. I suggest investing in a food scale so you can weigh your food to ensure more accurate calorie counting. They make this so much easier to do.

    Don't worry, beginnings are hard and everyone understands! I too think I lack discipline most of the time, so I'm not the one to give advice. What I can do is share what works for me when I want to make a change and that is baby steps. Very tiny baby steps. Personally, I focus on only one of the bad habbits at the time. And I don't even start with the hardest one, but with something achievable in a relative short period of time. I find it very motivating when I check something off a list, even if there are many more to go. Maybe that could work for you too, if you feel you have so much to do. Don't stress out, Rome wasn't built in a day!
