I always "try" to count my beer calories, sometimes successfully, sometimes not so much. But I'm not giving up my beer!

This is the main benefit for me as well. Control of calories and simplified meal planning. I have been doing 16:8 I.F. since February. I break from it maybe twice a month, for a weekend breakfast.

One that I think I read on MFP, is to add diced fresh mushrooms in with ground beef for burgers, to add mass without much additional calories.

Weightlifting right now. I was in to sprint triathlons a few years back, so running, swimming, and cycling. I hope to get back to that when time allows.

Chris Ledoux was great! My favorite concert was Eric Church, October 8, 2012 at the Tivoli Theatre in Chattanooga, TN. Caught in the Act album was recorded at this concert! Heading to Atlanta this evening for KISS and Def Leppard... but I don't think it will make it to the top of the list!

I agree with the above statement.... I will comment on my personal experience, no scientist here... I will go "lower" carb (30 - 50) when I feel like I am stuck or even unmotivated on my "diet" and it seems to help get me going again, but I am pretty sure it is just a mechanism that I use (to reduce my overall calorie…
