  • Suggestion from the FITBIT site... For the Fitbit Force, I am using two O-rings from the hardware store plumbing section that are size #41 - 9/16" OD x 7/16" ID x 1/16". These have just the right amount of stretchiness to easily slip over the two thicknesses of wristband and roll to the desired position, without coming off.
  • I'm new to ADF, but am going to try it. My DD are planned as MWF as well.
  • Wow - Congratulations. What all are you taking? I finished my 24 dc and was disappointed in myself. I have started using the mac c hoping the appetite control will help (however I usually eat junk out of boredom (or just because it tastes good) not because I'm hungry) and I'm still using catalyst and thermoplus.

  • I finished the cleanse part yesterday. I lost 4.5 lbs and 6.5 inches. Today is day one of the max phase. I was not perfect during the cleanse, but I wasn't horrible either. I'm hoping to lose more during this part of the challenge. What were the results of your challenge??
  • I'm taking it too. I have been taking it for the cleanse and will continue through the rest of the challenge. I take three in the AM before I go workout. It was recommended and I fugured it couldn't hurt. I'm down 5 lbs on day 8 of the cleanse.

  • Just curious on how you feel today. I know when I limit sweets (including soda) and then have it again, I have a difficult time stopping eating them or I find that I crave them all over again. Sounds like you did a great job of limiting your endulgences. :)

  • Hi. I'm on day 4 (break from the fiber drink - yay!) and down 5 lbs. Feeling pretty good. I'm not very hungry so that has helped. What kind of things are you all eating?   • Congratulations!!! That is awesome. On day 2 here. Fiber drink is gross, but I get it down. I do like Spark, but I miss my coffee.

  • Hi. I start on Monday. How are your results so far? I'm excited and nervous. I also started a boot camp class this week so I'm hoping between the challenge and new exercise class I'll be able to drop 10 lbs. Fingers crossed!
