I try and do 30 minutes cardio Monday - Friday (4-5 days a week) during lunch. Then I do 1 hour bootcamp class on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons, and sometimes 6 am Friday. Makes me feel like I am pushing myself harder to get to my fitness goals.

2 Applegate Turkey Sausage Links, 1/2 cup strawberries, Chobani Vanilla Yogurt 6 oz = 235 Calories, 25 grams of protein. I could reduce the calories of the sausage links by 20 calories if I would have bought Kroger, but it really depends on what grocery store I am at when I need to buy some more.

I started January 3rd, 2012 and I have lost 2.8 pounds. Yes, the .8 gets me excited! :smile: I have lost inches too! My goal is to be 5 pounds down by January 27, 2012. Only 3.2 pounds to go to meet my first short term goal!

How much water are you drinking? I didn't see that logged in your diary. My trainer said to drink 1/2 of weight in ounces.

Do not worry about going over your protein. My daily total on MFP is 57 grams of protein. However, my personal trainer wants me to have no less than 100g a day since I am working out. I have a personal trainer and he just told me last night to eat my carbs (fruits) in the morning, and stick with vegetables in teh afternoon. He also told me that I need to watch my sugar. I also agree with everyone else. Try eating more food during the day. Also, your body can adjust to the same workout, so it is good to change up your workout. Try running a different route or do some hills, as well.
