Thank you everyone! I usually dont worry too much about sugar from fruit but I've hit a plateau so I figured I had to ask. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, oh well I'll just keep truckin hopefully I'll figure it out soon!

I am almost 5'3" and currently 132 but aiming for 120-123 which is what I was 3 summers ago and felt great!

I just got done my 5 mile run and I would kill for some of that right now! Sooo jealous! :devil: haha!

I'm doing Insanity as well and I could never do one of those workouts without a little something in my tummy for fuel, but its your choice. Do you have any protein powder that you could sip while doing the workout? If not maybe just a spoonful of PB or something little before? Good Luck! :happy:

I have been working out like a crazy person! I am determined to complete this July challenge, after being up 1 pound last week I know I need to do some serious damage control. And considering my eating is still not where it should be I have to make up for it in workouts. I think this is the first day in the past two weeks…

I would have to agree with Nailrep, when I got my wisdom teeth out I fasted (couldnt eat solid foods) for a whole week and lost 5 lbs. But I would never do that again by choice, I love food way to much :laugh:

I am VERY active! Run for about an hour 3 days a week, do boxing classes a few days a week, ride horses, etc. And according to my doctor that is why I don't even get my period some months. So if you have been very active then your answer is Yes.
