My surgeon has you take a bottle of magnesium citrate the day before surgery. It came in fruit flavors so didn't taste to bad and I had been on a liquid diet for 2 weeks so wasn't too bad.

Hello! I was sleeved on August 30. I'm feeling good too. I started using this site when I was a couple of weeks out of surgery and its been a big help to keep track of how many calories I am eating.

Hello, I'm Donna. i had the Sleeve done on August 30 so just a little over a month out. I did a two week pre-op diet and have lost a total of 30 pounds. I live in Oklahoma but had the sleeve done in Sherman, Texas. Glad to find somewhere where people understand your problems/questions about the sleeve.

I weigh first thing in the morning. I try to weigh the same time everyday.
