Be consistent and keep foods around that are quick and easy to eat when you're hungry, like fruit. I don't even track the fruit I eat and refuse to feel guilty about it. I'm 5'3" , 150-155 lbs and wear a size 8. When I'm 148 ish I'm a 6! I have larger tatas so I usually wear a medium to large shirt depending on the cut / brand. Button up shirts are THE WORST!

I make my own dressings, it's super easy. I usually use lime juice and mix it with olive oil and spices like cumin and paprika. It's delicious i swear!!

I started at 173 and am around 145-150 now.. If I don't do cardio I try to eat around 1200 cals a day and drink a lot of water. WE CAN DO THIS!! It truly baffles my mind how my hips shrink but the pooch remains. it's oober resilient.. but i refuse to believe that it will be there forever!!

OH and doing at least 45 min of cardio instead of 30... those extra 15 min are really what makes you see results!
