For protein, I do plain Greek yogurt, but i add splenda and some type of fruit. Or I do plain oatmeal and add splenda and fruit to that as well.

I agree with this, you don't need to avoid oils, but do avoid harsh alcohols, as they tend to strip your skin and then your body tries to produce more oil!

Actually, i looked into what her measurements are, and the measurements the studio released are not the same as her tailor. Her tailor, who had to mend many ripped garments, reported up to a 28 or 29 inch waist. FYI.

I can never get enough protein! I try protein drinks, greek yogurt, and chicken is my main meat, but can never get over 100 grams! (I'm allergic to eggs), what else is everyone eating to get all this protein?

Yikes, sounds like something that will mess up your metabolism if you do it too long. However, I never understood the benefits of a liquid diet, not if calories are what count??

I eat that every morning, and add splenda and fruit, either bananas, strawberries, or blueberries, but whatever is on sale really. Also, milk. Keeps me full till lunch.

I want to look good in all types of clothes...work clothes...bikinis...lingerie, and even naked! I want to hike the hardest trails and spontaneously do pull ups, whatever I feel like, without worrying if my body will agree.

I found it very difficult at first, but have happily adjusted to 1200 calories, and usually eat back calories after exercise. Anyone feel free to add me, but I prefer people who like to comment as I comment frequently and am looking for real support, and to provide real support.

FYI, My friend just had it, and I saw her stomach about 6 weeks post surgery...gross! I'd rather have the saggiest tummy than that! Scaring, but its more than that, it look misshaped, and she still has to wear a skin tightening body suit. Just my opinion, give it time. Skin takes a while to heal, but drink lots of water…

I spray the I can't believe its not butter spray on mine, mmmmm! I add seasoning sometimes (powder in the popcorn section, supposedly 5 calories) but I have to spray something on the popcorn or it wont stick.

I'd like to know more about fitbit if anyone has used one. I've read the description on amazon and it somehow even knows when you wake up, but does it measure your calories? What are the advantages?

I run on the treadmill, and do exercise videos at home. I really like anything Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin, and sometimes the Firm (old stuff). However, I try to do as much stuff outdoors as possible for fun, like hiking or playing volleyball with the family.

walk extra long on the treadmill, I don't run if my cramps are too bad, but luckily that's only about 2 days. I find that the walking helps my cramps.
