I've been doing Keto 2 weeks and noticed about a 25% drop or so in what I pump at work, doesn't seem to be a problem at home though. Tapping into my frozen supply is a little cringing but she's almost 7 months so I think it'll be okay for another few months. I've been trying hard to drink extra extra water and been taking fenugreek but it seems to help sometimes, but not every pump. The stress of feeding another human while trying to take care of yourself..uugghh!

The only keto specific possible problem I know of is dehydration if you are not replacing the electrolytes and water you will lose in the first few weeks. Most need at least 3000-5000 mg or more of sodium a day. 2300 mg = 1 tsp salt.

Dropping carbs slowly may make this easier to manage.

As with any diets, you won't want to drop calories too low and risk your milk supply.
    Good luck.
