Congratulations on your accomplishment! And you are so gorgeous...love your style.

I did a cleanse of sorts earlier this year and cut out dairy for a week - I noticed that I usually eat a LOT of dairy products. It was definitely harder than I thought, but I didn't notice any huge changes.

No real advice - the last week before my wedding was the most stressful time of my life, and we had a very simple wedding too. I guess I would just say "You deal with it, whatever you think is best" as much as possible (MIL, finacee, everyone). But know that it will all be fine, you will have a great time with the people…

You're so cute! I love your style.

Fantastic - congrats!

Yup...my husband brews his own, and it's gooooood. Also means there's always some in the house. I've basically had to stop drinking the beer and stick with a little white wine here and there. And sips of my hubby's when he's having one. Just a taste. :)

Congratulations! Lots of progress for six weeks, and your back looks amazing!

Cannot emphasize enough....get a good bra! Yes, they are expensive and ugly sometimes but they will make exercise 1000% more enjoyable. I order from title 9 for most of mine. they have good reviews and descriptions.

Thanks for the tips! Will drink lots of water, eat a banana, go for a gentle walk in the morning and beg my hubby for a massage! And hope for the best.

This happens to me when I ride a lot. It sucks... I think it has something to do with your body using its calories more efficiently during steady state exercise. Maybe make a concerted effort to keep up weight training, or add in some HITT, which can help endurance in the long run as well. Good luck!

Hopefully comments like those are a one-off. My friends here have been very supportive. And I hate cheesecake...but raw nut-based ones are sooo good. A co-worker of mine brought one in to the office a while back. I was skeptical, honestly, but it was delish. And healthy!

Awesome!

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO SUE NUTELLA?!?!?!?! Nutella RULES! But, yes, it's not necessarily a health food.

Also wondered about this...

Sooooo, about the pulling...I have a ~50 lb lab mix who is sometimes really pull-y. We tried training her with treats to walk beside us, but she'll do it for a bit, then take off ahead. Come back for a treat, repeat. Any suggestions?

That's awesome, and such a difference! Also, I love your "hat" in your niece's b-day photo.

Talk to your doctor or PT...but, water aerobics are great for people with joint issues.

I take a class with kettlebells sometimes...most of the time it's hard to finish. However, like many others have already said, I wouldn't start working out with them unless you have: a. a trainer to watch your form b. experience with weightlifting Either/or! If you already lift and are looking for ways to vary your…

Awesome! You look great - Happy 35th!

Nice!

True. I used to do BMI and body fat testing on lots of people. Many, many "fit" people fall into the overweight category, mostly because of muscle tone. You have done something amazing for yourself. Prance, girl.

Such great pics...you look so happy in your goofy picture - love it!

Hey this is pretty much what I've been doing! Yay research!

That's sweet! Also, watch out...you may spark a bit of competition from the athlete in her :) Congratulations on your progress! I have always been the heavy one in my family, I am looking forward to the day when that's not the case anymore.

It's not easy, I know. My husband, while he eats pretty healthily, has never had a weight problem, so he's always up for dessert. It's been hard to let him eat it alone :) But I'm working on it. Also, if you cook, the magazine (or website) Cooking Light has great recipes that taste great. Tweaks to classics, some easy…

Zumba is super fun, and can be a great workout with the right enthusiasm and a great instructor. Our class is so big it outgrew all of the group exercise rooms, so now they hold it in the gym (basketball court). I don't take it all the time, but it's fun to get my groove on now and then - it's a big dance party!
