You can add me as a friend if you like.....I find if I need a sweet, I got for the Fiber One 90 calorie brownies or bars. It does help.....also I have been having the Breakstone Cottage Cheese singles that are 100 calories and have fruit.

Good Luck....It is the best site I have found...I keep it opened 24/7 even when I was on vacation I did not gain. Keep me posted.

try to change your food around...i found eating the same thing daily because it was easier to keep track i did the same thing....try a protein shake for breakfast with fruit...........then a simple salad with leftover meat from the night before for lunch and a nice dinner. Do no use any complex carbs for awhile.

Egg Noodles are good for you, low made with egg whites and then there is wheat pasta which is better than regular pasta...Or do a Weight Watcher pasta meal, you can keep track of that good.

I feel the same way. I won't eat anything anymore that does not have a nutrition on it if it is not on the system aleady.

My Wii was off about 6 lbs....I use a nice WW scale we bought at bed bath and beyond. Also how do you get the pictures of the lbs lost under your post.:smooched:
