  • Someone posted "Everyone in US is fat" Maybe it is just me, but people say some really "intelligent" things. Exactly how did that comment contribute to the conversation.
  • I am 5'2 and I currently weight 206 and I am pushing for 150-160, I am very shapely and look really good at that weight. All of the charts say I should be 105 that is insane, I would look like a bobble head.

  • Thank you so much for the advice....I am going to try this out! I do have the 30day shred too...I didn't even realize I had that one. My friend brought it over and left it for me. One thing I did not purchase the pull up bar and was worried that I would need that for most of the P90X workout, I hoope not because pull ups…
  • I'd give it to her, why not! don't feel bad at all, you thought abt her....right? That is all that matters!
  • I know this is difficult, I have two very active children and it is hard to fit in any me time. I must admit I am an early bird and will wake up at 5am to get it in if necessary, but yesterday I went to the park with my daughter who is only 4 and we walked the track together. It was not only getting in some exercise, but…
  • Besides losing weight, giving up soda is the hardest thing in the world for me. I am a Coke addict, there are weeks where I drink it 2-3 times or more a day and I just can't seem to shake it. When I cut it out cold turkey I get headaches really bad. I drink it like coffee in the morning and just overall love to have! Today…

  • Wow! 1. Not working out in the morning, if I don't do it more than likely it will not get done 2. Planning, if I do not plan the rest of my day is off balance & I eat whatever I can get my hands on 3. Eating out/Weekends (they catch me off my game and next thing you know healthy is out the window)
  • I've been on everything you can possibly imagine even Phen-phen, along with many other over the counter things. Now I have heart valve issues...so my suggestion is there is only one way to do this...hardwork, exercise and lifestyle change. Don't get me wrong they worked for me when I was taking them, however the side…
  • Wow, you look great, you can absolutely see a difference...great job!
  • I so agree with you, that is tough becasue it is almost 1000 calories over what MFP recommends I take it. If I ate like that for a month or two I would 1 to 2xs what I weigh now and that is so not an option. So, why can't we eat the recommened amount that MFP recommends for that 1-2months and our metabolism adjust to that?…

  • She is right Phentermine is not good for you, I was on and off of it for a few years and I did lose weight, however the trade was heart valve problems...so not worth the trade.
  • Thanks to everyone for the kind words of encouragement. I am going to keep going. I just went to lunch with a group of friends and we went to my favorite spot and I over ate, I've been waiting all week to go there and I blew it. I just feel like I have to keep starting over. I think I am going to check into emotional…
