Fire 45 ez I think. But my all time favorite little routine is in fire 55ez. That "get your back up off the wall" one. oh and I love both 45 finales. goosebumps!

The cardio is boring IMO for CLX. Thats why I TF on my non CLX days and I just call it a hybrid. lol I dont actually follow the schedule. I did take a month off from TF once and did only CLX cardio and all. But went back to TF because well...I'm hooked!

I have the polar Ft4 also. Its very motivating to work out with it. It took me a long time to bite the bullet and buy one but so glad I did.

For sure you should eat back your exercise calories. That's the best part of working out! Also remember how awesome you are for being able to burn 500 calories in one workout. That means that you are killing it which you would not be able to do if you weren't in great shape. Tell those negative voices in your head to take…

You will do it! Be gentle with yourself though- you just had a baby!!! I'll add you. What workouts do you like to do? If you are breastfeeding don't forget to give yourself extra calories. I'd add an extra 500 for bfing a 4 week old. Ohh how I miss those extra calories.

I've gotten great results from the hybrid. I really started staying under with my calories too which helped. I love CLX and TF together. They really compliment each other well.

Sorry Brooke! I didn't see this until just now! I followed the schedule but only worked out 5 days/ week instead of 6. Now I am working out 6 doing chalean extreme/ turbo fire hybrid. I wish I would have eaten better during TF and that I would have done 6 days per week. I am still bfing my baby a couple times a day but…

I've been doing TF for almost a year and TJ for a long time before that. I only recently started caring about what I eat (I'm still bfing my baby) so I haven't lost a ton of weight but I am back to pre baby #2 weight. I'm doing CLX/TF hybrid right now and its awesome!

I had a 10 lb baby so I understand having a pooch... No advice to give as mine is 15 months old and still here even though I workout like a maniac!

I'm tall like you and even when I'm really skinny I weigh a lot more than most people. I see you want your goal weight to be 125. You will be sooo skinny at 125! OMG I couldn't even get my body that small. lol
