  • Hey I just found out I’m pregnant. I lost about 18 lbs during the start of COVID (still about 25 over a really healthy weight). I’ve gained about 8 of that back during IVF that we’ve been going through since July. Would love partners for just being super healthy during pregnancy. We’ve tried for so long to get pregnant,…
  • I’m 34 and my goal is 25-30, so I’m in. Same boat - i know what to do but need accountability
  • How’d everyone do the first week of the year? What steps are y’all taking to get healthy for baby? I’m trying to be consistent about working out (which I enjoy and usually isn’t the problem for me) and consistently eat at about 80/20. I’m doing “If It Meets Your Macros” trying to be realistic that with work travel and…
  • I love it! I actually got Rhett Butler almost 10 years ago hoping he would help me become a “runner” - it really worked!
  • I agree - i do think it is weird. If you are improving your health that should be supportive. We’re all at different places. We all have a journey to get to our healthiest selves. Keep up your progress and ignore the haters. You have my suipport

  • I need to get back on track too! I'm 5'4", 170, but a size 8-10. I have stayed consistent working out 4-6 days per week, lifting heavy, and adding running back in for the past month. But lack of scale movement = time to face reality that my eating sucks. I'd like to get back to about 150-155 when I was a size 4-6. I've…
  • Completely agree! I do great at home. It's on the road that kills. I grew up with my dad on the road consulting 5-6 days per week 50 weeks per year and I never truly understood why he couldn't stay fit. He has all sorts of health issues now and is the picture of my future if I can't figure it out. Anytime I seek advice…
  • Love it! I've been aiming to drink a gallon of water every day since March 1. So far been on top of it except one day I was 8 oz short. Some days I'm getting as much as 152 oz. I'm using it also as a metric over the weekend to watch my alcohol intake - not a drop of booze until I've hit that gallon!
  • Protein and high quality fat will be key! Avocado stuffed with tuna, lots of chicken breast! Healthy fats will keep you fuller, but combine them with protein and a high fiber veggie like broccoli or you'll be starving all the time. Just be careful with loading up on handfuls of nuts. I feel like a lot of my athletes trying…
  • That's awesome! Congrats and keep it up!

  • You can add me! I went from 170 down to 133 5 years ago. Marriage and eating like my husband, and no longer keeping track of things = CW 172. :( GW would be 145/150 as 133 was definitely too small for me.
  • 3/1 - 172.0 3/8 -172.0 3/15 - 3/22 - 3/29 - Height 5'3.5" Goal Weight for this month - 165.0 No progress. Need to kick the bad eating on weekends out!
  • I coach CrossFit MWF at 5 am and 6 am before going to my full-time job. But coaching and doing are NOT the same thing. I'm actually seriously considering cutting back on coaching to refocus on me so that I can work out at 5 am. It's easier being really consistent with waking up at the same time each day, so I still run…
  • Way to Go Hannah!
  • I'm following the 100 pushups plan, so not doing any additional pushups with this. I am caught up through Day 4 on Dips and Mtn Climbers.
  • Name: Opal Age: 32 Height: 5'4" Challenge Goal Weight: 160 Current weight: 172 Ultimate goal weight: 150-155 My motivation: get healthy again! As a former competitive lifter my weight was always high for my height. I rationalized it because of how strong I was. But it's been almost a year since I have competed and the…
  • My goal is to get back into meal prep and accountability for eating. When I have a crazy work week, especially if I'm on the road, I feel like it's easy to say "screw it!" and order Chinese or have a lot of wine. And usually that's when I just don't feel like cooking dinner. Re: Prep is Key!
  • 3/1 - 172.0 3/8 - 3/15 - 3/22 - 3/29 - Height 5'3.5" Goal Weight for this month - 165.0 Goal - get the scale moving in the right direction! Been stuck for months.
  • Can I join? I'm 5,4" and 172#, but I'm a size 8. I'm a competitive power lifter so my weight has been higher for height for the last 3 years. I'd like to get down to 155-160 for health and to be in a lighter weight class. Eating healthy consistently has been my downfall as I workout pretty consistently
  • I'm in! 350,000! Want to beat my January of 338,638
  • I've heard great things about eat to perform and have heard great things about it. Keep us informed about how it is going. I know when I started CrossFit my attitude was I do this so I can eat whatever I want, but once I started competing in bigger events I cleaned it up following a Paleo for athletes plan and felt a TON…
  • Question for you CrossFit ladies - now that you have found CrossFit have you found a shift in your attitude about how look? When I joined CrossFit it was to lose weight and I wanted to look "slim". Over my time I switched to focusing on what my body could do and not what it looked like (it didn't hurt of course that my…
  • I was on the Nuvaring for 9 years and loved it. Unfortunately my insurance no longer covers it so I switched to Mirena last month which amazingly my insurance covered 100%. I have experienced cramping and bleeding randomly for the past month and have gained about 4 lbs. I have a doctor appointment on Friday and will be…
  • Great job!
  • My Monday weigh-in - 151.8 :( Splurging for Valentine's Day and my birthday was no bueno. Have to tighten it up this week. My husband has decided that our Olympic lifting class is going to a competition in May. Need to lose about 8 lbs to get into my competitive weight class,
  • While I have friends who have named dogs "Rhabdo", "Kip" and "Khalipa" this is the first I have seen for a person. I would consider who has been influential in bringing CrossFit to your lives - the name of the person who introduced you to it or a coach.
  • Been doing CrossFit since 2008, coaching since 2011 and married my Oly/CrossFit coach this past fall ;) Feel free to add.
  • This looks like a good group for me. I have struggled with binging most of my life and in the past 2 yrs binging has been why I have gained back 20# that worked hard to lose through vigilant eating and exercise. While I believe I got to thin 2 years ago, I am hoping that by getting my binging under control I can get back…
  • The same could be said for HSPU, handstand walks, and muscle ups. A body weight strict press, ring dips and chest to bar pull-ups all can increase fitness without having to learn these skills. I think they're important as you achieve greater levels of fitness to be challenged to new skills to keep increasing your fitness…
