I'm almost 38 and I consider that middle aged. My diary is open. I eat like a "normal" person. I succeed and fail on a daily basis. I try to be supportive but sometimes I fail. Add me if you like. :)

God bless you for never having a mental issue that you had to deal with. Some of us have a poor relationship with food. Ignore the posts if you dislike them but no need to judge others struggle just because they aren't the same as yours

I am also anemic (iron deficient) It is hard to get the iron in. I recommend a supplement but green leafy veggies help (spinach, kale) and of course red meat)
