I just got Sick Puppy on my kindle to give it a try. I also like historical fiction. I really liked Ken Follett's books and Bernard Cromwell is pretty good too.

If it is just water then it'll be gone in a day or two. I am always surprised on how much water can make your weight fluctuate.

I can see it as both ways. It is cheating because I am logging food in a day that I didn't eat it...and it isn't cheating because I am logging the food and staying under the calorie total of the 2 day period.

I had lost 3 pounds from last Friday's weigh in to Tuesday, but then gain 2 pounds back from then until weigh in day. Hopefully it was muscle from my first week of weight training. haha Overall a one pound loss. Glad to see others are also in the 1 pound club this week.

Hey everyone! Hope you all meet your goals this month. I might have a hard time losing my 10 pounds because I started P90. Hopefully the muscle will help burn off some fat. I'll take losing 10 inches even if the scale doesn't move. haha

I was thinking about making a spreadsheet a few day into the month to track everyone's progress and also to see if we can make it to our goals as a team. Would people like that? I figure it might add some motivation to surpass your goals and help the team reach its overall goals.

It is whatever you think you can do for the month, and maybe add a little bit just to motivate yourself. So if you think you can do a mile per day than 30-40 miles would be a great goal for you.
