Hope I am not too late to join! I love Leslie Sansone. She is so perky and chipper! Like that slightly crazy aunt or teacher you know.
My goal for August will be 15. Kinda easy to start out but I am still fairly new and have to work into exercising again so I don't blow a gasket!

I plan on walking a mile later but might not get around to posting till tomorrow. I am going to get a new Leslie vid from netflix and just thought that I would ask, what is everyone's favorite Leslie dvds?
I have only been doing the ones on xfinity on demand, the 1,2,3 miles - but when I was looking on amazon I saw how many there were!! would love to hear other people's opinions - especially about the ones that have the belts/bands/weights!0 -

I rented the 5 Mile Advanced Walk DVD from netflix and it has all three extras (bands, belt, and weights). I only have hand weights but use those and follow along on all the walks.
What I like about it: strength training while you walk!
What I dislike about it: She doesn't use the "extras" enough in the walks.
I love the two fast miles on the DVD though.0 -

I have the 5 day walking challenge, one uses the hand weights and it is pretty good. I have not gotten to the last two yet. I also have the one that uses the band but haven't done that one yet either. I need to check out Xfinity but I can't get it upstairs where I work out and don't have enough room downstairs. Maybe I can move DH's chair though...0 -

I am looking for a Leslie DVD that is more than 1 mile and is filmed from start to finish in one set, not 3 different sets and different people. I like the one that I am doing now that is like this with a warm up walk and a cool down stretch. I just want to shake things up a bit.0 -

I'm doing her Walk Slim 4 fast miles and you can choose to break it up into miles or run it as 1 set of 4 miles with no interruptions. It starts with a warm-up and a cool down as well and spans 47 minutes. I quite enjoy it. You can also choose to have it without her chatting so music only. I don't mind her chatting, but I know she does get to people sometimes.0 -
