Done!! DIdn't do my miles this morning because I wanted to get the Shred done this am, and wanted fresh legs for Mme. Sansone. Kicked butt with 4 mile Super Challenge ( Express) this afternoon though!! I have a confession though... sometimes ( well, more often than not) I can't handle listening to the DVD's for that long, and I've done them all numerous times, but I still need a little guidence. So, I have Leslie in the portable Dvd player, right beside the other TV where I'm watching seasons of TV I have on DVD, muted with the captions. That way, I still have the walking noise in the background ( and I can see if a move changed and I missed it) and my mind in engaged in a program that I'm watching. This week-- season 4 of Prison Break. (Those boys are cute enough to make a girl sweat!! :blushing: )
