  • Yes be sure to getback good workout in. Also try to drink water all throughout the day, and the day after. I can log in to mfp from my phone so after Ea drink I do I seriously log it in right then and there. And I try to ne really conscientious. This has worked for me.

  • I don't know if this is true however I usually have a slim fast for breakfast then a bigger lunch then I'm not as hungry by dinner and this has been working out for me. Not that I had it mapped out this way but I'm just usually hungover at lunch.

  • I just bought a book today called protein power and also a cook book called low carbs cook book. I got them both at Barnes and noble. The protein book was 11.99 the carbs cookbook was 16.99. I think that's the better diet to vi with from what I've heard.

  • I too was wondering the same. However since I do log everything it helps me to feel as if I can have a cheat day but not just sky rocket it. I've read a lot of your friends replies and it has helped me also. So we must log everything! Good or bad!
