My subject line covers most of it. So...when we start to diet...we lose the initial weight pretty quickly right? (2-10 pounds depending on weight and how intense the diet change-at least that's my understanding)....but what is that weight? if we are drinking lots of water the 8 cups a day...then how can we be losing water weight?
If it isn't water weight...why is the initial so much easier?

When we say you lose water weight by drinking more water, it is because it flushes out the excess sodium in your body causing you to hold on to less water.0

Usually it's anywhere between 5 and ten pounds and it's the easiest to lose.0
