my doctor told me fat has a memory of about three years so if you can keep it off for three years it should be easier to maintain your weight. I lost 16kg but have put it back on so I'm part of the 80%. My new goal :get the weight off again & keep the weight off for three years.

I have been spinning for the past 9 weeks and feeling quite fit and loving it. I have lost 8kgs during that time so helping with the weight too

maybe as muscle is heaver than fat your building up muscle with exercise. wouldn't have though running would do it but certainly weights can put it on. I did the Body For Life and the program doesn't worry about weight just percentage body fat.

I burned over 1500 calories playing squash for 11/2 hours. I love the completive nature of squash followed by a good sauna then a cold beer (winner shouts)
