  • I weigh in weekly, or sometimes once every two weeks, especially if I've had a bit of a bad week... I also take measurements every two weeks as that is a brilliant way to check your progress!
  • You'll be amazed how good this place is for losing weight! Logging everything you eat in the food diary is a great way to keep a track on your daily food intake, and it really does work... And people are great and inspirational. You've come to the right place! ;)

  • I add some frozen vegetables to my rice in its last few minutes of cooking and drizzle it with some reduced salt soy sauce once cooked - the vegetables really bulk out the rice and it tastes lovely!
