I love, love ground turkey!!! I agree it seems to digest mush faster than red meat! I do like to change from chicken, fish and red meat. You just have to read and pay attention to ingredients on packing to make sure your getting the best cut/type of meats. I find the leaner the better! :)

Not eatting sugar, caffeine, white flour, and starchy foods. Detox my system from all refined and over processed foods to start shedding pounds!!

There's nothing wrong with treating yourself to a off day. Just remember the more you do it the more you'll feel guilty after. Anytime I eat out I stick to healthy alternatives to make a better choices. Depending on where you are in your progress you can allow it but I wouldn't make it a habit
