I feel a little bit awkward posting on here but hopefully I can build a strong support system. I have struggled with weight issues since the age of seven but last year it spiraled out of control and I went up to 272 pounds. I am now on the path to weight loss success. I have lost 15 pounds thus far due to portion control and the biggest loser on the wii!

    I am new here and so excited by this app. I have about 14kg to get rid of and have been trying for a long time but find that I can't stop snacking.

    Now I feel this app is like a strict parent whom I must report to about everything I eat and drink.

    I'm positive it's going to help.

    I must admit I've done no exercise today but as it's 25c in the shade out there I thought it wasn't the best time to begin..
