Half. My top half barely has anything. My boyfriend didn't even realize I had any in the upper. But if you're dark haired, I'd do it all.

Agreed. It's nothing personal, but most of us early 20s are still in school and not interested in a working guy yet.

I think if its for you and you want to spoil yourself, I really believe you should pamper yourself. I'd grad a couple girlfriends and spend the day at the spa. You can get small package deals for around 100, especially at smaller boutiques. Its honestly the best reward I've ever given myself and my sister.

I find that the minute I do nothing for one day, eventually it turns into 2, then 3 and so on. So even if I don't do a high cardio/muscle workout, I will walk briskly for about an hour. Its not high impact, but way better than nothing in my opinion.

Squats. Honnestly, it works. I've lost around my hips, but my butt just got higher and firmer. My boyfriend, and I, love it.

I'm pretty sure only celery can kind of fit that category, since we aren't able to digest the cellulose, so we expend more energy attemping to digest it. The amount is very minimal though.
