The easiest thing I find to do when I'm really busy is find one slot in the week and cook all my meals in advance. I usually get chicken fajitas and ask for lettuce leaves as my tortillas. This way, I can still enjoy a little cheese and guacamole on them as well since I've cut out the tortilla calories.

Only try Winners or Marshalls if you have intense patience. I would suggest RW+Co, Reitman's and SmartSet. They all have nice jeans and t-shirts that can be easily dressed up or down.

I've cut out my "trigger food". I find certain things, like peanut butter, white bread and any form of chocolate make me binge eat. So I don't buy them since I know moderation doesn't work for those products. Also, you can eat the more calorific foods, but be prepared for smaller portions.

Hmm, I'm 5'7.5, and I'm currently 149. I found at 160 I was a lot too heavy (especially because I am bigger boned). I'm aiming for under 145lbs.

When I lost 40 pounds a few years back (I did it in about 4 months), at the end, my hair was coming out in clumps. It lasted about a 3 to 4 weeks, and went back to normal afterwards when I went back to eating more food. I probably wasn't eating enough, looking back.
