I liked it, simply because I do better when I have set weigh-ins, and someone looking in on me. I went from 169 to 152 lbs in a month, and I've maintained since the end of February. I also liked it because they have phases after your initial weight loss that help you ease back into eating well, and a free maintenance…

Hi :) I'm 5'7 as well, CW 158 GW 140

I think its 100% possible, I did it when I went from 160 to 149 (last 10 pounds), but I was very strict (i.e no cheat days) and I worked out every day. It was extremely hard though, and I wasn't able to keep it completely off.

Have you ever tried to High intensity interval training (HIIT)? I like it because it is a mix of cardio and strength, so you don't have to worry about not getting enough of either in. I found this awesome website, where there is a 30 day workout, where everyday its something different. I really enjoy it, it might help kick…

I was a 38D at 180-190, and now I'm a 34C at 150, they got a lot smaller, but then so did I, so its worth it :)

If this was me, I would enter the 500 (that's around 100 calories per 10 minutes, which is a normal burn), but I wouldn't trust the 100 calories for 10 minutes of walking (so no difference between walking and running). So maybe add 50 calories from that walk to be safe?

I went from 192 to 145 in 4 months, with not much exercise, and my skin was fine. My stretch marks looked better too (tighter, and finer). I think you should be fine, saggy skin usually happens if you lose a huge amount in a very short time (like on shows like the Biggest Loser, etc.)

Hi, welcome! I would recommend eating A LOT of vegetables (very low in calories) and lean protein. Also, if you exercise, that will technically give you more calories (the net will remain at 1200, but you'll be able to eat more). I also find cutting out stuff like cream, butter, sauces helps me stay on track.

Try a little bit of baby powder. Cheaper than dry shampoo, and in my opinion, soaks up the moisture much more efficiently. I just put a small amount on each hand, and run it through my hair, brushing it out a couple minutes later. Works for greasy hair too.
