I can't believe people think the guy should pay for everything. Maybe 20 years ago. Such an outdated notion. I guess we women folk should just stay home and clean, because we don't have any money of our own.

I'm a little over 5'7, with a medium to large frame. I used to weight 192 lb, went down to 138 lbs, back up to about 165 lbs, and now i'm around 148 lbs. I'm hoping to lose another 10 pounds.

I got the flu last Wednesday, and from then until Sunday, I just rested, and tried to eat well. As soon as the symptoms leave my head and muscles, I starting working out again, though it was painful.

What I always do is look up the nutritional information on websites. Even if a specific restaurant doesn't have anything posted, I look up a similar restaurant (all chain restaurants have the info posted) and I looked at what would be good choices there, and base mine off of that. I never really felt anything after doing Jillian, try Insanity instead, way better workout, and it's only 15 minutes longer.

When I worked 9-5, I woke up a half hour earlier, and did a workout video (usually jillian, kelly coffey, or any other 30 minute video). I found that I had more energy throughout the day, and I didn't have to think about working out once I got home. Plus, 30 minutes isn't that much earlier, so found it easy to do first…

I have a similar thing, only I gain about 5 pounds a few weeks before my period, and lose it (plus a little) right after. As for your diary, I find I lose more when I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, but it could be a personal thing too.
