Suck on some sugar free candy .. Twizzlers, any hard candy. Herbal tea with honey helps a lot as well.

I always start with a Fast .. it's a great way to clear any toxins out of your system before dieting. BUT, I know it's not for everyone.

It's probably water weight. I wouldn't get to frustrated. I would do a little extra exercise. Maybe, walk for 30-60 minutes or so. Have a coffee and get some energy .. Plus coffee is a diuretic.

I feel your pain. I'm on low carb and I just went to dinner with family and they were eating Molten Chocolate Cake. It's my fav ... and I couldn't have any .. Argh@^%^&%^&%^&*&*#$#$%$#

Stick with the steamed stuff if they have it. Also, the Moogoo Gai Pan (Not sure how to spell that). Say with the white/clear sauces because they have less fat. No noodles. They put tons of oil in that stuff.

Congrats! Well said! It doesn't matter if you may have eaten too much the day before as long as you get back on track the next day. Never think of the entire journey .. just that one day. Live in the now. :-)

How tall are you? 123 to 119 may take some time if it's the last few pounds you have to lose. Have you tried just going on protein shakes and a few tbs. of flax seed oil? May get you out of your stall.

Try having some herbal tea with a sugar free sweetener or some protein .. it's bad to eat carbs before bed. I have had sugar free Twizzlers before and just kind of lightly chewed them .. it may work for you. GL!

Being on a diet makes me want to smoke. I've never been a heavy smoker (1 Pack a week if that) but, I want to smoke more often when dieting. So far I haven't had one cigarette since starting my diet this week.

Personally, I like to eat a little less than 1,200 calories because i want to lose weight fast but, it depends on how much exercise you're getting.

Okay .. haters. I've been using Ephedra for over 15 years off and on with a ton of success and zero side effects. I do not recommend it for people who have a history of heart problems or high blood pressure but, if you're healthy it's not a problem.

I use PB2 to add to my vanilla protein shakes .. it's very good without all the fat.

Have you tried eating Spinach, Hemp protein, Kale, Beans .. all of those pack tons of protein.

Pure Protein bars are probably the best but, I stay away from bars all together. Pure protein bars has the least carbs but, a lot of those bars pack as many calories and fat as a candy bar. Protein shakes are the way to go .. the low carb variety.

Try cutting down on your carb intake. You're most likely gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. You could be stalled then whoosh you lose 4 pounds in one weigh in .. which happens to me a lot.

I feel your pain. Yes, it does effect your energy level. I'm on a 90 minute a day cardio routine and I felt it today because I started my monthly two days ago. Low Carb Protein Shakes such as EAS shakes for breakfast and lunch then grilled chicken/fish/small steak and broccoli, cauliflower, ...
