Kick Start!!

Hi,

Any suggestions on ways to kick start the weight loss?? Have only lost 1lb so far, despite staying away from potatoes and trying to get in a 3km jog 3 times a week.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

    maybe try switching up your exercise. how many calories are you eating?
  • I always start with a Fast .. it's a great way to clear any toxins out of your system before dieting. BUT, I know it's not for everyone.

    If you only fast for a day... is that a "fast fast"???
