I'm quite attached to my boobs and im not looking forward at all to them shrinking, its the thing im most dreading I think, but iv come to the realisation that if I want to be fit and healthy then I guess ill have to give them up =(

I never eat breakfast, so breakfast for me is usually a cup of coffee and a "up & go" I dont know if you have them there, but its just a liquid breakfast in a carton full of good stuff!

Hey and congrats on your first day, im fairly new myself into week 3 I think! And yes I know how that feels, which is why I dont do it lol, I invested in a cross trainer or elliptical trainer as some call it and its great. Feel free to add me if you like =)

Soooooooo love zumba! I only do it once a week as the other class times don't fit in. Im the most unco person in the world but I find it hilarious and don't mind making a dork of myself =)

thanks! yea I usually eat slightly above 1300, but I had a very bad weekend being st paddys day with the alchoal consumed so I thought I best be good. Luckily my weight stayed the same, just haven't lost any.

Iv just brought food weighing scales, makes it sooo much easier than guess work, and iv been over estimating everything!

black betty do you realise your sodium is set at 2500 in your diarie? I have to figure out how to make mine public, not that I eat that great, im trying! lol and I was starving on 1200 so I upped it up 1300 and still loosing weight.

Not just measurements, just most things like the food is different as well, my biggest downfall is finding healthy things to eat that i will actually eat, im on 1200 cal a day, is there anything you can reccomend?
