At the moment, my diary is crazy because I'm still trying to figure it out. I had this s&8t down to a tee during my bodybuilding years. But I've been struggling the past two years.. Some days I eat great other days I eat one big meal (intermit fasting). Just don't judge me.

Hi Kathleen.. I was thinking the exact same thing. It seems as I've been restarting my diet regimen every week. As Sam stated, I'm prepping all of my meals and hoping for a strict week... I also plan to limited alcohol until Saturday. Good luck my friend!

We all lose track at times. I encourage you to stay strong and take it one day at a time. It's the perfect time to get back on track my friend. Good luck with your journey.

I definitely understand where you are coming from; I have a very similar story. I was a fit 190lbs in 2013, and then all of a sudden, bam - Two kids. I'm now weighing at 260lbs which is the most I've ever weighed. Needless to say, I'm very uncomfortable. I plan on counting calories and working out daily. Back in 2013, I…

WOW that's some insane calorie burning. First, I would invest in a heart-rate monitor. Then either eat A LOT more and continue working out the same or workout less and continue eating the same. WOW that's a lot of calories.

LOL maybe the trainer goes to bed at 6:01pm. If so, then he's absolutely right... For me, I usually eat right before I go to bed, but something low in carbs, good fats, and slow digesting protein. (ie: cottage cheese, casein protein, almonds, milk). If I have 700 calories left over, then hell, I just eat another meal. When…

I just viewed your diary and I noticed that it was real simple like mine:ohwell: . Hopefully you will get some feedback from the more "spontaneous" people on MFP>

I eat 6 meals a day, but I keep it simple. Chicken, fish, black beans, eggs, brown rice, turkey burgers, sweet potatoes, green leafy vegetables, and of course protein shakes. I tried cooking a meal every night, but that got old, fast. I usually cook everything on Sunday (about 2 hours of work) and put it all into plastic…

Personally, I have a cheat day every Saturday. Not only does it keep me sane, but I have benefited greatly from cheat days in the past. I don't log my cheat days, and I eat whenever and whatever I want. One cheat day is not going to make or break your diet, so in my opinion cheat days are golden.

From now on, I'm going to be "lurking" behind the gym equipment while woman do their crunches.

I usually eat a snack before bed which is usually around 11:30pm. Most of the time, my snack is cottage cheese mixed with casein protein. <--(taste like pudding, and it's real healthy) Even though eating late may not cause you to gain or lose weight, I would be cautious on eating "whatever" you want. I don't know about…

No, but the time I spent on this thread, I could have been studying for my calc test. Plus I've realized that I have been going back and forth with people that have random pictures as avatars (ie: a tiger) For all I know, I could have been debating nutritional facts with a 300 pound man or woman behind a computer screen.…
