Don't despair ! The first week is always the easiest because we lose a lot of our water weight. The app is helpful because it tells your weight 5 weeks later. So as long as you are tracking your calories and exercise, there's no need to get on that scale everyday because it isn't gonna change much. Giving at least 2 weeks…

Be careful! Since you are under you caloric intake it wouldn't hurt to eat a meal. The thing to remember is at the end of the day it is the # of calories you intake that determine your weight.
